Fungal fermentation, viscous broths and large wastewater trials run efficiently without a mechanical agitator. Our airlift vessels range from 50 to 100,000 L in 316L, with a 5:1 to 10:1 height-to-diameter ratio and 0.5–2 vvm gas circulation. Temperature is controlled by jacket or internal coil, and foam by a mechanical breaker plus antifoam.
