Extracting nucleic acids or protein from many samples is faster when each sits in its own sealed tube with beads. This bead mill shakes 2–24 × 2 mL tubes at 4–6.5 m/s, horizontally or in a figure-eight, for 10–300 s cycles. It stores up to 20 programs and uses beads of 0.1–3 mm. Tell us your sample types.
