This system delivers 18.2 MΩ·cm at 25 °C, TOC below 5–10 ppb and bacteria under 1 CFU/mL at 0.5–2 L/min, using 185 nm and 254 nm UV and a 0.22 µm or ultrafiltration final filter. Feed with RO or distilled water under 10 µS/cm.
