Antibodies, oligonucleotides and metal-sensitive compounds suffer on stainless steel and in high-salt buffers. This bio-inert HPLC uses titanium, PEEK, ceramic and MP35N wetted parts, tolerates pH 1–14 and runs at 40–60 MPa. The autosampler cools from 4 to 40 °C for protein stability. SEC, ion exchange and oligo methods are typical. Specify column chemistry.
