Fine powders blow around in a fan oven, which is why many labs keep a gravity convection unit. With no fan, it heats from ambient +10 to 250 °C, holding ±5-8 °C at 170 °C. Chambers are 15-150 L in SUS304, control is PID or analog thermostat, and heat-up to 170 °C takes about 60-100 min.
