Organ-on-chip perfusion and droplet generation need very low, smooth flow with little dead volume. This micro pump delivers 0.01–1,000 µL/min with ±1–2% stability over 1–8 channels, using microstepping drive and 0.5–3 mm tubing. Dead volume is typically below 100 µL, and chip-compatible disposable cartridges are optional.
