Five to seven targets per sample, or autofluorescent tissue, need spectral imaging and unmixing. This system captures 8–32 narrow bands or a continuous scan over about 400–900 nm, with 4–8 selectable LED or laser lines and a cooled CCD or sCMOS. Linear unmixing uses single-colour references, over about 100 x 150 mm at 0.02–0.1 mm per pixel.
