Concrete that bleeds under pumping pressure can lose its paste and block the line, which a static test will not reveal. This apparatus holds a 1.66 L sample in a Ø 125 × 200 mm cylinder at 3.2 MPa from a hydraulic hand pump. Water forced through the 0.315 mm outlet mesh collects in a 200 mL cylinder for the pressure bleeding ratio.
