Each PSV run needs 14 specimens of identical curvature, and moulds are usually the limit on how fast a lab can prepare them. This set provides 14 machined aluminium moulds producing 90.6 × 44.5 mm curved specimens matched to a 406 mm road wheel. Screw clamps and end plates hold the stones while the sand-resin backing cures.
