Perishable products cannot sit in a warehouse for days waiting on culture results. This real-time PCR system screens enriched samples for four key targets (Cronobacter, Listeria, Salmonella, E. coli O157), giving answers in 12–24 h including enrichment, at 1–10 CFU per 25 g. Internal amplification and extraction controls are built into each run.
