Grasses and other chaffy species are hard to clean by hand. This blower lifts light material, empty seeds and chaff out of the sample with an adjustable upward air stream of 0–10 m/s, timed from 0 to 5 min. Samples of 1–500 g fit tubes of 50–100 mm. An oil-free built-in fan and optional manometer keep settings documented.
