UV-Persulfate TOC Analyzer for Ultrapure Water

超纯水 UV-过硫酸盐 TOC 分析仪

Purified water, WFI, condensate and semiconductor water need TOC measured at sub-µg/L levels. This UV-persulfate analyzer combines 185/254 nm UV with sodium persulfate at 60–100 °C, detects by long-path NDIR and reaches 0.5 µg/L. Repeatability is ≤2% CV at 100 µg/L with 4–7 min analyses.
