Creams, ointments and toothpaste need heating, emulsifying, scraping and vacuum in one vessel. This system runs its homogenizer at 2,000–6,000 rpm and scraper at 10–80 rpm, draws the vessel down to roughly -0.09 MPa (gauge), and heats to 90–120 °C by electric or steam jacket. Vessels are polished 316L, 2–100 L.
