真空淬火炉

Low-distortion hardening of gears, dies and shafts depends on fast, controlled gas cooling. This furnace quenches at 2–20 bar with nitrogen, argon or helium, driven by a 30–200 kW blower, giving cooling up to 15 C/s depending on load. Maximum temperature is 1200–1350 C. Specify your steel grades and section thickness so we set the right quench pressure.
