Vertical Cylinder Capping Stand
立式圆柱体补平架
Caps that are flat but tilted still load a cylinder eccentrically, so alignment matters as much as flatness. This stand guides specimens of Ø 75, 100 and 150 mm, up to 320 mm long, down a vertical rail onto a capping plate flat within 0.05 mm. Caps finish within 0.5° of the specimen axis, as ASTM C617 requires.
