Expression checks, purity densitometry and molecular weight estimates run on about 80 x 100 mm gels in this SDS-PAGE unit. It takes 1 or 2 gels of 0.75–1.5 mm; comb choices are 10, 12 or 15 lanes, using about 700–1,000 mL buffer. Limits are 200 V and 200 mA, separating about 10–200 kDa depending on gel percentage.
