Urine Strip Readers — Urinalysis Analyzers

Strip readers remove the subjectivity of reading colour pads by eye and record results with patient ID. Our options span semi-automated benchtop readers, strip-feeder automatics, portable and handheld units and bench-top urine chemistry analyzers. For quality management, CLSI GP16 covers urinalysis practice and POCT04 applies when readers are used at ward or clinic level; ISO 18113-1 relates to the information supplied with reagents.

How to specify

Confirm which strip parameters (10, 11 or 14 pads) the reader supports.
Strip feeders make sense above roughly a hundred samples a day.
Check built-in printer and USB or LIS output.
