Intracellular cytokines, FoxP3 and phospho-epitopes each need the right fix and perm combination. We supply formaldehyde fixatives with saponin, Triton X-100 or methanol permeabilisation, as 5–10× concentrates or ready-to-use liquids. Kits cover 100–1,000 tests; tell us which compartment you target and we will recommend a set.

Fixative: Formaldehyde 1–4% (working)
Permeabilization agent: Saponin 0.1–0.5%, Triton X-100, or methanol ≥90%
Fixation time: 10–30 min at room temperature or 2–8 °C
Permeabilization time: 10–30 min (methanol: 30 min at −20 °C)
Format: Liquid concentrate (5–10×) or ready-to-use
