Gypsum Plaster Consistency and Setting Time Kit

Plaster plants and site labs need the right water ratio and working time before a batch goes out. The kit uses a 50 mm × 100 mm stainless cylinder lifted on a marked 300 × 300 mm glass plate to set consistency by spread diameter. Setting is judged with a 100 mm knife cutting paste in a 70 mm ring, timed on a 0.1 s stopwatch.
