Headspace Vial

顶空瓶

Residual solvents, blood alcohol and aroma compounds are measured from the vapour above the sample, so the vial must stay sealed under heat. These borosilicate vials hold 10–22 mL and work up to 150 °C, with crimp or screw closures and butyl or PTFE-faced silicone septa that reseal after multiple pierces. Fill to 1/3 to 1/2 of volume.
