An 18–20 MHz induction furnace burns 0.2–1.0 g, and four NDIR cells read carbon from 0.0001 % to 6 % and sulfur up to 0.35 %, extendable. Oxygen supply needs ≥ 99.5 % at 0.2 MPa.
