Thin screeds and heated floors often cannot be drilled, so moisture is read through an insulated hood sealed to the surface. Each Ø150 mm hood is fixed with butyl tape, and after at least 72 h the sensor reads RH to ±2% and temperature to ±0.3 °C. The kit includes three hoods and a logging reader.
