Its built-in electric generator (6-40 kW) feeds 100-1,000 L chambers at 105-134 °C, design pressure 0.25 MPa, with ±1 °C load uniformity. A water-ring pump pulls vacuum to -0.08 MPa; chambers are SUS304 or SUS316L.
