It runs 105-121 °C with 0-0.25 MPa counter-pressure above steam, ±1-2 °C uniformity and 15-40 min holds. Chambers are 150-2,000 L in SUS316L, using oil-free air at 0.4-0.6 MPa and controlled venting or a cooling coil.
