Ball mill discharge, cyclone feed and flotation streams have to stay in suspension while you cut a sample. This splitter agitates the pulp at 300–1000 rpm and takes timed cuts every 1–60 s, giving split ratios of about 1/10 to 1/100 at 1–50 L/min. Particles up to 3 mm are tolerated. Feed vessels range from 10 to 100 L.
