Turn an existing microscope into a time-lapse station by holding cells at culture conditions on the stage. Humidity stays above 90%, CO2 is controlled to ±0.1% and temperature to ±0.2 °C. Optional oxygen control from 1–21% and perfusion pumps extend it to hypoxia and drug addition experiments lasting several days.
