Magnetic beads settle quickly and must be fully resuspended at each binding and elution step. This shaker runs at 600–2,000 rpm with programmable ramping of 50–500 rpm/s and at least 20 program steps. It takes 96-well, 384-well and 2 mL deep-well plates, with optional heating to ambient +5 to 60 °C.
