Drying DNA pellets, concentrating peptides or removing solvent before MS is easier with centrifugation under vacuum. This concentrator spins 24–48 microtubes or 2 × 96-well plates at 1,000–1,500 rpm under 1–10 mbar, with heating to 80 °C and a −50 to −105 °C cold trap. Evaporating 1.5 mL water takes about 30–90 min. Confirm solvent types when ordering.
