Choosing perfusion rates and retention devices is faster with several vessels compared at once. This system runs 2–16 vessels of 0.2–10 L, each with ATF, TFF or settler retention and 0.5–5 vessel volumes per day exchange. It reaches up to 100 × 10^6 viable cells/mL over runs of weeks, recording perfusion and harvest per vessel.
