Antibody and clinical manufacturing that needs strong oxygen transfer but no cleaning validation suits a stirred single-use vessel. Bags of 1–2,000 L are gamma irradiated at 25–40 kGy and mixed by magnetic or shaft drive at 10–300 rpm, with sparging and optional O2 enrichment. Temperature holds ±0.2 °C; bags keep 12–36 months.
