Rotor Beater Grinder

Grain, cereals, dried plants and brittle chemicals are ground quickly by a rotor beating material against a ring sieve. This grinder runs at 3,000–10,000 rpm with stainless steel or tungsten carbide beaters, taking feed up to 10 mm. Sieves of 0.12 to 2 mm give 0.1–5 mm product at up to 5 kg/h. Collection vessels hold 0.5–2 L.
