Catalyst reduction, inert-gas annealing and small pyrolysis runs are the everyday work of this furnace. A 25–80 mm quartz or alumina tube passes through a 200–400 mm hot zone, heating to 1400 C with uniformity of ±1–5 C. One gas inlet and one outlet are standard. Tell us the tube diameter you need and whether vacuum flanges should be included.
