Hydrogels, tissue scaffolds and coatings in service behave differently once immersed. This DMA tests specimens in a 20–200 mL bath held between 5 and 80 °C, with tension, compression or 3-point bending clamps. Force resolution is 0.001 N up to 50 Hz. Buoyancy and fixture damping corrections are built in, and a peristaltic pump can exchange the medium.
