Ultrasonic extraction is an inexpensive way to treat soils, plants, foods and textiles with solvent. This system offers 3–30 L baths at 100–600 W and probes at 50–500 W, operating at 20–40 kHz. Temperature reaches 80 °C, and runs last 5–60 min on a digital timer. Vessels can be glass or PTFE.
