Potting compounds, optical resins and display pastes fail if micro-bubbles remain. Mixing under 1–5 kPa absolute removes them as the material spins at 500–2,000 rpm. Batches run 50 g–1 kg up to 500,000 mPa·s, with programmable pressure profiles and 30 stored programs. Choose a rotary vane or dry vacuum pump.
