West 型 Cerchar 磨蚀性试验仪
Many labs prefer the West design because the slow, screw-driven scratch gives repeatable results on hard rock. A 70 N dead weight holds a HRC 54–56 stylus fixed while a handwheel lead screw moves the vice 10 mm at about 1 mm/s. A 0.01 mm dial gauge shows travel, and specimens up to 120 × 80 × 60 mm fit.
