Processing rooms sealing many segments a shift need a reliable RF unit at the bench. This sealer works at 27.12 MHz with about 50–100 W, closes 3–9 mm tubing in 1–3 s and reaches roughly 300–600 seals/h. Trigger by lever, foot pedal or sensor, and replace the stainless electrode when worn.
