Moisture is the first thing utilities check in insulating oil, and coulometric Karl Fischer is how they check it. This titrator measures 1 ppm to 5 % water (10 µg–100 mg) with 0.1 µg resolution and drift held to 10 µg/min or less. Load 1–10 g of oil directly, or add the optional 50–300 °C oven; choose a diaphragm or diaphragm-free cell.
