Placed after a chiral HPLC column or on a reactor sampling loop, this detector tracks optical rotation as it changes. The 20–80 µL cell with 10–50 mm path length gives noise of ≤0.0005°, data at up to 10 Hz and handles 0.1–5 mL/min flow. It suits enantiomeric excess work, crystallisation and fermentation monitoring. Confirm your line pressure stays within 5 bar.
