High-Pressure Homogenizer

Liposomes, nanoemulsions, dairy products and cell lysates for bioprocessing need pressures that mechanical mixers cannot reach. This homogenizer works up to 150 MPa at 10–500 L/h, producing droplets of 100–1,000 nm. Passes are programmable from 1 to 10, with cooling in between. Valves are tungsten carbide or ceramic, and minimum sample is about 100 mL.
