Reproducible flotation feed starts with consistent conditioning. This tank holds 1–10 L at 10–60 % solids, stirs at 100–1500 rpm, heats from ambient to 80 °C and times contact from 1 to 30 min. Three to five dosing ports and a pH electrode port allow activator and depressant studies.
