Locked-cycle testing and flowsheet development before a pilot campaign need stages running together. Link 3–8 cells of 0.5–5 L, each with its own 0–2000 rpm impeller and 0–10 L/min air, fed at 0.2–20 L/min. Residence time per stage is 1–10 min depending on flow. Three-phase 380 V is required.
