Fine-particle cleaning is where columns outperform mechanical cells, and this bench column lets you prove it before scale-up. Diameters are 50–150 mm and heights 1.0–4.0 m, with air at 0.5–5 L/min and wash water up to 2 L/min. Froth depth follows an adjustable interface setpoint. Feed should be below 150 µm.
