Aerospace titanium, nuclear zirconium and medical implant alloys are certified on oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen together. This analyzer measures all three on 0.05–0.2 g samples, heating to about 2800 °C, with oxygen to 5% and ≤1.0% RSD at 1000 ppm. Hydrogen precision is ≤2.0% at 50 ppm. Analysis takes 90–150 s.
