Melt shops, bearing steel producers and welding consumable makers track oxygen and nitrogen to control inclusions and toughness. This inert gas fusion analyzer heats 0.3–1 g to 2500–3000 °C, measures oxygen from 0.1 ppm to 0.5% and nitrogen to 3%, with ≤1.5% RSD at 50 ppm. Each run takes 60–120 s. Tell us your steel grades.
