Indian cement strength testing uses 70.6 mm cubes, giving a 50 cm² loaded face. This single mould is made to ± 0.1 mm in cast iron or gunmetal, split into two halves with clamp screws. A machined base with locating pins keeps it square, and it fits the IS vibration machine clamp directly.
