Feed water, rinse water and DI loops can be disinfected in line without heat or chemicals. This UV unit handles 0.5-20 m³/h at a 30-40 mJ/cm² design dose, with a high-purity quartz sleeve and a 10-150 W lamp. Chambers are SUS304 or SUS316L, rated to 0.6 MPa, for water at 5-45 °C.
