Crack Width Measurement Gauges — Non-Destructive Testing for Concrete & Structures

Crack width and depth tell an engineer whether a crack is cosmetic, a durability risk or a sign of structural distress, and whether it is still moving. We supply illuminated crack microscopes, camera-based digital crack width meters, ultrasonic crack depth testers, crack width cards and tell-tale crack monitors. Required resolution, whether you need depth as well as width, and long-term monitoring decide the choice. Widths are usually judged against limits in BS EN 1992-1-1, and ultrasonic depth estimation follows the transit-time approach in BS EN 12504-4.
