Repair mortars, overlays, renders and bonded FRP only work if they stay attached, and the pull-off test is how that bond is proved on site. We offer manual hydraulic testers, digital data-logging units, motorised constant-rate testers, low-force models for tiles and renders and 50 kN units for FRP. Expected bond strength, dolly size and whether you need a controlled loading rate decide the choice. BS EN 1542 and ASTM C1583 are the usual references for concrete surfaces.
