The rebound hammer is the quickest way to compare surface hardness across a structure and pick where to core. We offer the classic mechanical N-type hammer, a digital N-type with data storage, a low-energy L-type for thin and small elements, a high-energy hammer for high-strength concrete and an M-type for mass concrete and pavements. Impact energy must match the concrete and the element. Readings and procedures follow ASTM C805, BS EN 12504-2 and IS 13311-2.
